What buyers
usually ask.

If it is not here, ask on WhatsApp — the answer usually comes back the same day.

Do you have a minimum order?

We quote per enquiry rather than publishing a minimum. Tell us the sector, the garment and roughly how many pieces you need, and we will tell you straight away whether it is something we can take on.

How is a price arrived at?

Against the published specification. Because every garment’s fabric, weight and construction are public, a quotation is a conversation about quantity and delivery rather than about what you are actually getting. We do not publish a rate card — most of our institutions hold negotiated terms, and a public price would not be fair to them.

Can we see a sample first?

Yes, and we would prefer it. Nothing goes into a bulk run before you have approved a physical sample cut to your specification. The approved sample is what the run is measured against.

What is the lead time?

Confirmed at quotation, against your delivery date. It depends on the garment, the quantity and whether fabric is held in stock. Tell us the date you need them by and we will tell you whether it is possible before you commit.

Can you match our colours and put our crest on?

Yes. House colour matching, embroidered crest or woven label, name badges and branded buttons are all specified per order. Embroidery is done in-house, so the crest is stitched rather than transferred.

What happens when we reorder?

The specification stays on file, along with the size run. A reorder in four years is cut to the same sheet by the same workshop, which is the whole reason we write it down.

Do you deliver outside Bareilly?

Yes. Delivery is arranged per order and confirmed at quotation.

Do you manufacture yourselves?

Yes — cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing and checking all happen on one floor in Bareilly. Nothing is subcontracted out and relabelled. It is why we can publish the specification at all.

Still need an answer?

Send the sector, the garment and roughly how many pieces. We will tell you what is possible before you commit to anything.
